Korangi Creek Industrial park is proposed to be a multi-tenant industrial park. It will comprise sectors having several thousand square feet of covered space, open space and space for establishment of separate sectors for small to medium size value-adding manufacturing units with well-maintained infrastructure facilities and physical as well as social environment. Korangi Creek Industrial Park is built over an area of 250 acres; this industrial zone is located in Korangi Creek Cantonment. The proposed site is a Prime location in the Korangi Industrial Area where it forms its sector 38.

National Industrial Park Development and Management Company (NIPDMC) appointed Exponent Engineers to carryout Pre-feasibility study of its 250 acre land at Korangi Creek, Karachi. The proposed site is a Prime location in the Korangi Industrial Area where it forms its sector 38. The feasibility covered the identification and justification of industrial sectors, collection of data on demography of the adjacent area, discussions on environmental scenario, development of land use plan, project implementation plan and budgetary development costs with recommendation.
