To overcome the ever-growing traffic volume and in the larger public interest this project was planned by the C & W Department (GoP) for Dualization of road Taranda M. Panah - KLM, Head Panjnad - Muzaffargarh. Project was planned on PPP-Model. Estimated project Cost was Rs 16,100 (M) for 115.00 km.

Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:

The consultancy contract was for the Transaction Advisory services for the implementation of the project on PPP model. Services provided by the Exponent Engineers primarily included:
Topographic Survey
Soil and GeoTechnical Investigations
Hydrological Surveys
Structural Condition Survey
Traffic Survey
Preliminary designs of Road Pavement, Bridges and Culverts, including their drainage parameters
Preparation of BOQ and Engineer’s Estimate
Preparation of Bidding Documents
Development of Transaction Financial Model
