Environmental Baseline & Impact Assessment for DHA Waterfront Project

Narrative description of Project: DHA has launched some futuristic landmark projects. Water Front Development is one of such projects. The project is located on the Southern portion of Karachi about 14 kms long stretching

from Sindbad to the Golf Course. The project has multi-spectral land use patterns in which residential, commercial and recreational sites are developed. This report outlines the guidance to forthcoming projects of DHA water front development. It also includes the impact study of future development and proposes environmental management methodologies.
