KAMRAN ZULFIKAR

Mr. Kamran Zulfiqar is a Principal Engineer in the structural engineering department. He has 15 years of diversified professional experience in management, supervision, design, and consultancy of civil engineering projects. He completed his master’s degree in construction and Engineering Management from Superior College Lahore in 2020 & Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering and Design in 2008 from UET, Lahore. He possessed a yellow belt in the quality management tool “Six Sigma”.
He has been involved in various Infrastructural projects’ planning, management, design implementation, and onsite critical solution works that include Warid HQ Lahore, Linde ASU Plant, e.co. Tower Rehabilitation, Jazz fiber POP, Punjab Safe City V8 Project, PTCL DWDM 2.5 to 10G, Tower Designing & strengthening end-to-end solutions for Jazz, PTCL, Engro Enfrashare, CMEC-NTDC, CM Pak, Telenor, Huawei, ZTE, PTCL Solar Projects.
He possesses demonstrative skills in contemporary management skills that yield productive cost-effective outcomes at an optimum time while fulfilling quality benchmarks. He has penned down applications of modern agile management in the construction field by comparing old waterfall management in 2020. He has implemented value management & quality concepts like Lean Management, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Quality blitz to the projects under his leadership.
