Mr. Muhammad Mubashir Moin is Technical Director (Transport Planning & GIS) and has 13+ years of experience in Traffic Engineering, Transportation Planning & GIS Development. He has completed his Master’s degree in Transport Planning from Imperial College London, in 2010 and Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Infrastructure Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi in 2007.

He has been involved in various aspects of Civil and transportation engineering with emphasis on Public Transport Operations, BRT Operations, demand forecast modeling, micro-simulation modeling, traffic engineering & management, traffic impact studies, road & industrial infrastructure development, GIS development, economic & financial analysis of various public transport projects and community based survey designs & executions.

Field of Expertise: Public Transport Planning, Mass Transit Systems including BRT & LRT, Transportation Planning, Traffic Modeling & Demand Forecast Analysis, Transport Data Analysis, Traffic Impact Assessment, Infrastructure Design, GIS Development.
