Narrative Description of Project:

The project of Haji Muhammad Rafiq Water Front Development (HMRD) is a Residential cum Commercial Project. The development has divided into 16 plots. Plots 1 to 3 are dedicated for Commercial and Retail land use while Plots 4 to 16 have commercial land use. Since the proposed development has Residential and Commercial land use, a reasonable number of trips are expected to be attracted and generated by the development. The proposed project site is located in Defence Housing Society (DHA) Phase VIII.

Analysis of the existing condition which outlines the road network and land uses surrounding the site.

Analysis of the parking adequacy assessment and future traffic estimation which anticipated traffic generation and distribution arising from the development.

Traffic modeling of the vicinity area and its impact assessment which outlines the analysis scenarios and details the assessment performance criteria.

Provide conclusions and recommendations drawn from the traffic study for the project.
