Desig of YKK Pakistan Factory (Phase-3) In Karachi, Pakistan.

This building is a phase III of the project. The structure shall be used as a Factory building. It comprises of Ground and First Floor. Total floor area is 13,300 m2, Ground floor area is 7,300 m2 & 1st floor area is 6,000 m2. Roof is a PEB structure designed by Memaar Building System, whereas ground floor and first floor comprises RCC structure. The First floor is designed for 1 ton/m2 with a 3 ton capacity Fork Lift and Ground floor slab is designed for 1 ton/m2 except Automatic Rack area which is designed for 2 ton/m2 at ground. There is also a security guard room having Floor area 13.2 m2 (3m ×4.06m) / single story. It is also a RCC structure.
