The Grand Leisure Corporation developed an extensive entertainment complex in downtown Karachi along ocean shore. It is located on an abandoned bridge. which was once a main connection between the old city and the port. The facility has incorporated nearby city road, rotary and circular parks. The one- kilometer bridge was transformed into a food street housing numerous eateries totaling 40,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled space. Additionally, the development also feature a trading post for retail and fast food, an open air stage, and different theme cafes. The project is cater both middle and upper income locals and tourists.
