Telenor planned to construct two new MSC (Mobile Switching Center) buildings, one at Karachi and the other one in Islamabad. MSC Building at Karachi has two level basements & a ground floor plus four upper floors (2B + G + 4) whereas MSC Building at Islamabad has one basement, a ground floor plus two upper floors (1B + G + 2).
