DHA intends to develop its 14 km of beach front along the Arabian Sea. Shakeel Hyder, Architects and Interior designers, won the Master planning development work of this prestigious project. Exponent Engineers are the Infra-Structure and Structural Associate. The project comprises Residential Towers, Commercial Complex, Promenades, Hotel Blocks, Food Courts, Expo Center, Marina and Water Park etc.

The concept design of infrastructure works of DHA Waterfront Development project
Carry out assessment of baseline condition at the project area
Identify possible impacts due to project activities
