Narrative Description of Project:

Andulaus Mall is one of the prime shopping center in Jeddah. The mall is situated in south part of the city within old airport area. The existing building has an area of 86,850 sqm, however the same is planned for and extension of 11,000 sqm for which the TIS was needed by Jeddah Municipality by laws. The mall presently attracts more than 550 vehicles during its peak hour.

Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:

Exponent Engineers Conducted of full scale Traffic Impact Assessment study including the following:

Parking and internal circulation assessment

Circulation assessment of fire tender movement within a mile for emergency situation.

Assessment of Possible external building impacts using micro simulation modeling for pre post project & scenarios up to 5 Year of traffic projections. Have a gross floor area of 120,52 sqm.

Suggesting mitigation measure to accommodate for adverse traffic impacts.
