Exponent Engineers Conducted a full scale Traffic Impact Assessment study with the following objectives.
  • Parking and internal circulation assessment
  • Circulation assessment of fire tender movement within aisle for emergency situation.
  • Assessment of Possible external building impacts using micro simulation modeling for pre and post project & scenarios upto 5 Year of traffic projections.
  • Suggest mitigation measure to accommodate for adverse traffic impacts.
