Bharia Town Icon Tower is one the tallest buildings in Karachi. The project comprises of 60 stories with multiple land uses including offices, high end shopping and Health Club, Cineplex. The location of the project is very important as this is already being built in Karachi’s most posh localities with very high end shopping center very close by to the project. The roads in front of the building remain congested on weekdays and get clogged because they connect posh localities of DHA and Clifton with other parts of the city.

The services of Exponent Engineers were hired for the following tasks:

Parking Requirements:

Estimation of number and characteristics of parking required by each proposed land use during respective peak hour based on surveys conducted on similar land uses in Islamabad and historic data gathered from other studies on various land uses.

Validation of peak parking requirements as per design provided by client.
