Abraj Al Sultan Center is a residential come commercial center is Jeddah. The project is planned to have 6 towns, each having G+ 16 stories. The project is located in Al Safa district and the junction of Amir Mitab and Abdullah bin baaz street, opposite Bareman Jail.

Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff within the Assignment:

Exponent Engineers Conducted a full scale Traffic Impact Assessment study including the following objectives :

Parking and internal circulation assessment

Circulation assessment of fire tender movement within aisle for emergency situation.

Assessment of Possible external building impacts using micro simulation modeling for pre post project & scenarios upto 5 Year of traffic projections. Have a gross floor area of 120,52 sqm.

Suggesting mitigation measure to accommodate for adverse traffic impacts.
